Short Term Layaway

Hold the piece today, pay over five months.

Layaway begins with a 20% down payment. The balance is spread across automatic payments and paid out over five months, and the piece is held for you at the store until it is complete. It is a straightforward option for one of a kind estate pieces, where waiting is not always possible.

Financing With Synchrony

Interest free financing for up to five years.

Perry’s partners with Synchrony Bank & Wells Fargo to offer flexible payment plans. Our typical promotion is 12 months of interest deferred financing, and other terms are available depending on the piece. Ask a sales associate which promotion is running when you visit.

What is the difference between layaway and financing?

Layaway holds the piece at the store while you pay it off over five months, starting with 20% down. Financing lets you take the piece home right away and pay Synchrony or Wells Fargo over a longer term, often with no interest. Layaway involves no credit application; financing does.

Can I apply for financing or set up layaway online?

Not at this time. Both are handled in the showroom so we can go over the terms with you in person. Call us at 704-364-1391 or schedule an appointment and we will have everything ready when you arrive.

How long does the credit application take?

The Synchrony application is short and instant credit is available, so most clients have an answer before they leave the store. Your physical card arrives by mail within 7 to 10 days, and you can manage the account at mysynchrony.com.

Is layaway available on estate and antique pieces?

Yes. Because estate pieces are one of a kind, layaway is a good way to secure something while you pay for it. Once the down payment is made the piece is held for you and taken off the floor.

What do I need to bring to apply?

A valid government issued photo ID is enough to start a Synchrony application. Financing is subject to credit approval and a minimum monthly payment is required.
