Payments

Payment will be processed prior to confirmation of order.We accept most major credit cards.

 

Shipping and Gift Orders.

Unfortunately, Perry's is unable to accept international orders at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Perry's offers complimentary UPS Ground shipping to the continental United States. UPS 2nd-Day and Next-Day shipping are available at an additional fixed rate of $50 and $100, respectively. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day. 

Should you wish to purchase items as a gift, Perry's will be happy to include a gift message and gift receipt in our packaging. Please note this request in your order. 

Perry's ships packages to the purchaser's billing address only. We will verify your address before shipment. All packages will be shipped Signature Required. Please contact us with any questions regarding this policy.

Any purchase that does not meet our security guidelines will be refunded at Perry's descretion as soon as is reasonably possible. 

 

Sales Tax

Perry's is legally required to charge sales tax to all residents of North Carolina

 

Return Policy

We will gladly offer you an exchange or full refund on any item returned to us in its original, unaltered condition within 10 days of arrival. Any item that has been sized, unset, reset, or in any other way altered by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange. After 10 days, items may be returned for store credit. Any shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable. The customer must pay all return shipping and insurance costs.

Perry's Web Department operates Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Please note that any after-hours orders or requests will be processed the following business day.

 

Product Disclaimer

Perry's is proud to sell unique estate and antique jewelry. Unfortunately, many of our items are one-of-a-kind, and might not be available. The Perry's web team does our best to keep our online inventory up-to-date, but occasionally an item listed on the website is unavailable. If you purchase an item online, and for any reason we are not able to fufill your order, Perry's will refund any purchase and/or shipping charge as soon as is reasonably possible.
