Vintage Sterling Silver Enamel Vanity Set

Vintage sterling silver and gold enamel 5 piece vanity set includes a hand held mirror, and 4 brushes. Each piece has a sterling silver handle or accents and gorgeous gold enamel on the back side. The mirror's handle is engraved "Patricia May 9th 1938". The pieces are stamped Mappin & Webb with the manufacturers hallmark symbols. The mirror and large brushes measure approximately 10" in length and 3 1/2" in width. The small brushes measure approximately 6" x 1 3/8". All the items are in very good condition for the age with only minor scratches and dings noted. There are a few places with minor damage on the enamel and the mirror shows age spots. None of the wear noted detracts from the overall beauty of this set. Retail value $500.00.
